Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actress from America. In the film and television industry, she is known for her numerous awards and nominations. Bassett is from New York New York. She was raised at Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett, her sister and their mother were moved to St. Petersburg Florida when Bassett was just five. Their father divorced their mother. Bassett was in high school and watched John Steinbeck's play Of Mice and Men with James Earl Jones and she made the decision to pursue acting. She went to Yale University New Haven Connecticut receiving a bachelor's degree (1980) with a major in African American studies and a master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. She was married in 1997. married Courtney B. Vance who was an actor in the same group. Qualification: B.A. the Yale School of Drama conferred a Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in the year. She was a student at the following schools: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for seventh graders, Azalea Middle School for the 8th and 9th grade as well as Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett, who plays Ramonda the female protagonist in the adventure action film I. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
